About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the PikoeSIM website and your purchase and use of our prepaid travel eSIM plans. References to “PikoeSIM”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the seller identified on your order confirmation or invoice.
Read these terms, the details of your chosen plan and our Refund Policy before placing an order. Keep a copy of your order confirmation for your records. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Choosing a plan
Before you buy, check the destination, covered networks, data allowance, validity period, activation rules and price shown on the product page. A country plan covers the destinations expressly listed for that plan.
Our travel eSIM plans provide mobile data. Unless the product description expressly says otherwise, they do not include a local phone number, standard voice calls or SMS. Internet calling and messaging apps use your data allowance.
Device compatibility
You need an eSIM-compatible device that is unlocked for use with other mobile carriers. Check your exact model, regional version and carrier-lock status before ordering. A model appearing in our compatibility guide does not establish that your particular device is unlocked.
You are responsible for following the installation instructions and choosing the correct mobile-data and roaming settings. Charges for calls, messages or roaming on your usual SIM remain subject to your home carrier’s terms.
Orders and payment
Check your chosen plan and contact details before submitting payment. Provide an email address you can access so that you can receive your order information and installation instructions.
The currency and total amount payable, including applicable taxes and charges, are displayed at checkout before you pay. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or transaction charges.
A cart selection does not reserve a plan or complete a purchase. Your order is accepted when we confirm it. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, we will notify you and return the amount paid for the unfulfilled order.
Digital delivery and installation
eSIMs are delivered digitally using the delivery method described at checkout and in your order confirmation. No physical SIM card is shipped. Follow the supplied instructions to install your eSIM over a reliable internet connection.
Keep your QR code and activation details private. They provide access to your eSIM and may be limited to a single installation. Do not delete an installed profile or transfer it to another device unless the instructions or our support team confirm that you can do so.
If your delivery information has not arrived, check your spam folder and contact the support channel listed in your order confirmation with your order reference.
Activation, validity and data usage
Installation and activation are not always the same event. Your plan’s product details and installation instructions explain when validity starts and whether an activation deadline applies.
A plan ends when its data allowance is used up or its validity expires, whichever happens first. Unused data does not extend the validity period or carry over unless the plan expressly includes that feature. Buying another plan does not automatically extend an existing one.
Hotspot use, speed limits, fair-use rules and top-ups depend on the selected plan. Check the product details before relying on any of these features.
Network availability and acceptable use
Mobile coverage and connection speed depend on the local network, your location, device capabilities, congestion and other operating conditions. Coverage maps and network descriptions do not guarantee a signal in every building, remote area or travel route.
Use your eSIM lawfully and in accordance with the plan’s network and fair-use conditions. Do not use it for fraud, unauthorised access, disruption of networks or unlawful activity. Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse, protect the network or comply with legal requirements.
If a service problem occurs, contact support so that we can investigate and help. Any remedy available under our Refund Policy or applicable law remains available.
Cancellations and refunds
Our Refund Policy explains how to request cancellation or a refund, including for delivery issues, duplicate charges and service faults. Installation, activation and data usage may affect a cancellation request, but do not automatically remove your rights when a service is faulty or not supplied.
Where the law gives you a withdrawal right, any request to start supplying the service during that period and any effect on that right must meet the requirements of the applicable law. Merely viewing this page does not amount to consent to waive a right.
Responsibility and your rights
You are responsible for keeping your device, email account and activation details secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your order or eSIM has been accessed without permission.
We remain responsible for supplying the service in accordance with your order and applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live are not displaced by these terms.
Contact and updates
For an order, installation problem or complaint, use the support details on your order confirmation and include your order reference. The help center also provides plan, compatibility and setup guidance.
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms and plan details accepted when you placed your order apply to that purchase, subject to changes required by law. The date above identifies the latest version of this page.
