Kazakhstan 3GB eSIM

Start with how many days you'll be in the country. Light maps and messaging fit 1 GB for 7 days at €0.93 or 3 GB for 15 days at €2.43. Heavier everyday use points to 10 GB for 30 days at €7.66. Video, YouTube streaming, phone backups and laptop updates eat data fast, and none of these plans is unlimited. Buying recommendations for a tourist come down to your daily data habit and how many days you're away. If your vacation spans 14 days, or a full 2 weeks, a 15-day plan covers it with a little margin.

Only for very light use with Wi-Fi nearby for anything bigger. Preload your maps and switch off automatic backups before you leave. If you'll be mapping, browsing and posting photos all day, step up to one of the 1 GB or larger plans. The cheapest option in the list is 100 MB for 7 days, but that's only the best price for a short connection check. There's no 1 day plan here; the shortest validity is 7 days, so even a one day stop means buying a week.

You'll attach to Beeline Kazakhstan or Tele2 Kazakhstan, both listed for 4G/LTE, with 5G available only on Tele2. Signal and service quality vary by device, coverage and the network's state at that moment. No operator can promise the best coverage everywhere, so expect weak spots on long drives or inside a canyon.

Only compatible phones with an eSIM-capable model and network unlock can run this plan. Check your exact model and regional variant; on iOS, open Settings > General > About and look for "No SIM Restrictions" next to Carrier Lock to confirm the iPhone is unlocked. Android paths differ by manufacturer, and a carrier-locked phone will reject the eSIM even if the menu is visible.

Install over stable Wi-Fi and save the instructions before you travel, and don't rely on instant installation. Follow the supplied activation steps, since installing the profile and starting the validity are not necessarily the same event. Once you arrive, enable the travel line and set it as your data line.

Your existing WhatsApp account works over the eSIM's internet connection. But there are no standard calls or SMS on this line, and bank verification texts still arrive on your regular SIM. Keep the number your apps use available and check what your home carrier charges for it.

The listed networks support hotspot. Any device you connect draws from the same data allowance. Tethering through the data hotspot is one of the features included, and every connected device pulls from the same allowance. Turn off automatic software updates and cloud backups before you connect a laptop.

No. The included country is Kazakhstan, and any transit stop or neighboring country is outside the plan. If your trip continues elsewhere, check that destination's country list before assuming the same eSIM card covers it.

No. Each plan gives a fixed total allowance for its stated number of days, not a daily amount that resets each morning. Thirty days isn't the same as one month, and it isn't a monthly subscription. People search for a "no contract" eSIM to mean prepaid, and these are one-off prepaid plans, but read the purchase terms to confirm. A 30-day plan with 3 GB is still 3 GB in total, just spread over more days.

Check the options and instructions that come with your order. Buying another plan doesn't necessarily extend the current one, reuse its profile or carry over unused data. Leave the active profile installed while you review the available options.

First confirm you're in Kazakhstan, the travel line is on and set for data, and the plan still has allowance and days left. Follow the supplied roaming and APN instructions. Toggling airplane mode, restarting or moving to better signal can help. Keep the profile installed and note your location, phone model and order reference when you ask for help.

Turn off data roaming and automatic data switching on your regular SIM, and apply any required roaming settings only to the eSIM line. Calls and texts on your home number can still cost money under your normal carrier's terms.

Keep your order reference and setup details handy. The purchase conditions set out the support route and refund rules, and activation or use can change your options. Don't delete an installed eSIM while a connection problem is still being looked into.
